The 24th Lux Style Awards (LSAs) concluded its glittering, full-scale ceremony late last night in Karachi, a spectacular event that delivered on its promise to “Mirror the Magic” and celebrate the finest in fashion, film, television, music, and digital creativity.

The Viewer’s Choice for Best TV Play went to the critically and popularly acclaimed Ishq Murshid (HUM TV). The lead actor of the show, Bilal Abbas Khan, also secured the Viewer’s Choice for Best TV Actor – Male for his performance in the same serial.
In the Critics’ corner, the powerful drama Khaie was a major winner. The Viewer’s Choice for Best TV Actor – Female was awarded to Durefishan Saleem for her performance in Khaie. Her director on the project, Syed Wajahat Hussain, also took home the Best TV Director (Critics’ Choice) award. Meanwhile, the ensemble cast of Zard Patton Ka Bunn (HUM TV) was honored with the Best Ensemble Play (Critics’ Choice). The highly hummable OST, “Chal Diye Tum Kahan” from Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum, was named the Best Original Soundtrack (Viewer’s Choice).

The film Nayab was the big winner, securing the Viewer’s Choice award for Best Film. Its director, Umair Nasir Ali, was honored with the Best Film Director (Critics’ Choice) award. Star performer Yumna Zaidi took home the Best Film Actor – Female (Viewer’s Choice) for her compelling work in Nayab. In the male category, Imran Ashraf won the Best Film Actor – Male (Viewer’s Choice) for his role in Kattar Karachi.

The music landscape saw Talha Anjum crowned Artist of the Year (Viewer’s Choice) for his popular track “Departure Lane,” and Coke Studio’s massive hit “Jhol” won Song of the Year (Viewer’s Choice). In a major and much-anticipated inaugural award, Junaid Akram was named the first-ever Digital Content Creator of the Year.
In the world of fashion, Maleena Mansoor and Sauban Umais were recognized as the top models, winning Model of the Year – Female and Model of the Year – Male, respectively. The innovative brand Hussain Rehar was celebrated as the Fashion Forward Brand of the Year, and Aleena Naqvi was recognized for her artistry as Best Fashion Photographer.

- Javed Sheikh received a standing ovation as the recipient of the Chairman’s Lifetime Achievement Award, honoring his five decades of monumental work in Film, TV, and Direction.
- Fashion visionary Rizwan Beyg was celebrated with the Lifetime Achievement Award in Fashion for his pioneering designs and dedication to preserving traditional crafts.
- Finally, the Lux Changemaker Award was given to actor and social activist Hamza Ali Abbasi for his compelling use of his platform to drive social and political dialogue.
